Delivery Times
Order preparation takes a maximum of 1 business day, except in specific cases.
Estimated shipping times vary by destination:

Mainland Spain & Balearic Islands: 1–2 business days

All orders include tracking information.
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.
When your order is shipped, you will receive a second email with your tracking number and the courier service used, so you can follow your package.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM (CET) will be shipped on the next business day.
No deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays.
Delivery times may be affected by logistics delays, customs procedures, or other external factors.
We recommend checking your shipping confirmation email for the most accurate estimated delivery date.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically and shown during checkout, so you can review and approve them before finalizing payment.
Please note: Customs duties and import taxes are not included in the shipping price for orders delivered outside the European Union. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
