1. ORDER PREPARATION
Pre-Order Items
Preparation time: 10–15 days.
In-Stock Items
Orders placed before 12:00 PM (CET) on business days are prepared and shipped the same day.
- Processing: Orders placed after 12:00 PM (CET), on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Preparation time: Up to 1 business day.
2. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout. Our standard shipping rates are as follows:
Spain (Mainland & Balearic Islands)
- Orders over €100: Free Shipping (1–2 business days).
- Standard (under €100): €3.99 (1–3 business days).
- Express 24h (under €100): €4.99 (next business day delivery).
Canary Islands, Ceuta & Melilla
- Standard: €9.99 (2–4 business days).
Please note: Delivery times may be affected by local customs clearance.
- Orders over €150: Free Shipping.
European Union
- Flat Rate: €15.00 (2–5 business days).
- Orders over €100: Free Shipping.
Rest of the World
- Flat Rate: €40.00 (3–7 business days).
We currently do not ship to Russia or North Korea.
- Orders over €100: Free Shipping.
3. ORDER TRACKING & DELIVERY
Once your order leaves our studio, you will receive a confirmation email including your tracking number and a link to the carrier's website so you can monitor your shipment in real time.
Please note:
- Deliveries are not made on weekends or public holidays.
- During periods of high demand (such as Christmas, Black Friday, or product launches), delivery times may be slightly longer due to circumstances beyond Terráne's control.
4. CUSTOMS & INTERNATIONAL DUTIES
For shipments outside the European Union, prices include import duties, customs fees, and taxes whenever applicable.
Terráne is not responsible for any additional charges that may be imposed by local customs authorities. Any such charges must be paid by the customer in order to release the shipment.
