Welcome to Terráne. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of this website (terranebags.com) and the contract between you (the "Customer") and us (the "Seller"). By purchasing products through this Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

By using this Website and placing an order, you agree to:

Use the Website only to make legitimate enquiries or purchases.

Not place false or fraudulent orders. If we reasonably believe that an order is fraudulent, we reserve the right to cancel it and notify the appropriate authorities.

3. SERVICE AVAILABILITY
The products offered through this Website are available for delivery throughout Europe, the Americas, Australia, and Asia.
We currently do not ship to Russia or North Korea.
4. FORMATION OF THE CONTRACT
The sales contract shall be deemed concluded once you receive our Shipping Confirmation email.
Terráne reserves the right to reject any order if payment authorization cannot be obtained or if the product is unavailable. In such cases, any payment received will be fully refunded.
5. PRICES & PAYMENT
All prices displayed on the Website include the applicable Spanish Value Added Tax (VAT) but exclude shipping costs, which will be added before you complete your purchase.
Prices may change at any time; however, any changes will not affect orders for which a Shipping Confirmation has already been issued.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applicable to shipments outside the European Union.
6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
The standard order preparation time is one business day.
Estimated delivery times are:

Spain: 1–2 business days.

International: 2–8 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by force majeure events or periods of high demand.
An order shall be deemed delivered when the courier delivers the package to the Customer or to a person designated by the Customer.
7. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving their order.
Conditions

The product must be unused, in perfect condition, with all original tags attached and returned in its original packaging.
Costs

The first exchange (size or model) is free within Spain.

For refunds, a €4.50 return handling and collection fee (Spain) will be deducted from the refund amount.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Personalized products.

Products that have been unsealed, used, or altered after delivery.

8. LEGAL WARRANTY
In accordance with applicable legislation, Terráne provides a three-year legal warranty from the date of delivery against any lack of conformity or manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover defects resulting from negligence, impact damage, misuse, improper handling, or the natural ageing of materials such as leather or wood.
Where a product is found to be defective, Terráne will, where appropriate, repair or replace the product, offer a price reduction, or provide a refund. These remedies will be provided free of charge to the Customer.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Customer acknowledges that all copyrights, trademarks, designs, photographs, texts, logos, and other intellectual property rights relating to the Website remain the exclusive property of TERRÁNE.
No part of the Website or its contents may be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
10. DATA PROTECTION
Any personal information provided by the Customer will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By using this Website, you consent to the processing of your personal data and confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
11. FORCE MAJEURE
Terráne shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, telecommunications failures, or transport disruptions.
Delivery times will be extended for the duration of the force majeure event.
12. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms and the use of this Website shall be governed by the laws of Spain.
Any dispute arising from the purchase of products through this Website shall be subject to the courts having jurisdiction under applicable consumer protection legislation, generally the courts of the Customer's place of residence.
