It'll be super fast! All orders placed before 1:00 PM are prepared and shipped the same business day. (Usually, orders placed after that time will be processed as well, but we can't guarantee it.)

In mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, you'll receive your order within 1-3 business days (although it usually takes 24 hours). For other countries, it takes 2-5 business days.

Once the order leaves our warehouse, an email is sent with the tracking number and logistics information so you can always know where your order is.

For exchanges and returns, please fill out the contact form or send us an email to info@terranebags.com , specifying "exchange" or "return" and your information. We will inform you of the steps to follow to exchange or return your order. Quick and easy!

Remember! For a return or exchange to be accepted, the item must be unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging.

Of course! As soon as we receive the bag and verify that everything is correct and the product is in perfect condition, we order a full refund.

You will receive the amount in the same way you paid for your order.

All our bags come with a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase (never for wear and tear resulting from use or misuse).
